Ceylonapz Technologies is a software company in Matale building agentic AI systems and native Android apps. We have been releasing to Google Play since 2011, with sixteen years of engineering behind the work: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, LLM agents, on-device machine learning, Android Auto. The Sri Lankan calendar on your phone: Poya days, public, bank and mercantile holidays, in Sinhala, Tamil and English. Events sync both ways with the device calendar and Google Calendar. Maintained and re-released every year since 2011.
Vegetables and raw rice bought directly from farmers and delivered to the door in Colombo, Kandy and Matale. Only stock already collected is listed, so what you see is what arrives. Farmers are paid a fair price for the harvest; buyers pay less than the supermarket.
A meal planner for people managing cholesterol. It builds a day of breakfast, lunch and dinner around Sri Lankan food people already cook, and tracks calories, fat, protein and fibre along the way. NutriĀu is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor.
For the errands you only remember after you have driven past. Set a reminder for a place or a kind of place and a voice alert comes early enough to signal and pull over. Shows fuel, EV charging, pharmacies, food and hardware ahead on the road, nearest first, with the side of the road marked. Runs on Android Auto.
A reading app built for a single Sinhala author, Ananda Marasinghe: archaeological and historical writing, social and Sanskrit texts, and children's stories, readable from anywhere in the world.
For working out what something will cost before the money goes out. A trip, a renovation or a wedding becomes one page, broken into sections and items, with totals at every level. Works offline, syncs on reconnect, and locks with a fingerprint.
LakVeggie and NutriĀu are being joined into one flow. A person managing cholesterol should not have to read a plan, write a list, and then go hunting for the vegetables on it.
NutriĀu builds meals around what is good for a person's cholesterol and what they already eat at home.
Every vegetable that plan needs goes into a LakVeggie basket in one tap, and arrives the next morning from the farm that grew it.

It depends on scope. A focused first version with one core flow, accounts and a simple backend is usually a few weeks of work; a marketplace or delivery app with payments, an admin panel and live tracking is several months. We quote a fixed price per phase after a short scoping call, so you know the number before work starts.
A first release with a single main flow typically takes six to ten weeks from kickoff to Google Play. Larger products with payments, real time updates or on-device AI run three to six months. Play Store review adds a few days on top, and we handle the listing and policy compliance.
Our depth is native Android in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, which is where most of the Sri Lankan market is. We build the backend and APIs so an iOS client can be added later without rework, and we will tell you honestly if your product should start on both platforms instead.
Yes. We start with a paid audit of the existing code, Play Console and backend, then give you a written report on what is safe to keep, what has to be rewritten and what it will cost. You own the report whether or not you continue with us.
Yes. We work remotely with clients in Australia, Singapore and the Middle East, and overlap with those time zones during Sri Lankan working hours. Contracts and invoicing are handled in your currency.
The office is in Matale, and the work is remote friendly. Colombo meetings can be arranged.
